Brass manifold incorporating three solenoid valves, two pressure switches and a vacuum switch.
This assembly is used to control flow in an autoclave. The separate solenoids are used to control the water fill, the vacuum and pressure switches are used to monitor the operation. An extra port on the manifold allows the customer to fit their own I/P pressure transducer.

Two gang stainless steel manifold for high pressure gas applications.
One normally closed operator and one normally open operator has been put into a specially made stainless steel manifold block. The operators are fitted with silver shading rings as opposed to the standard copper for better compatibility with the media.

Three gang Acetal manifold block using compact solenoid operators.
This assembly is used to control the flow of water in drinks dispensing machines. The manifold block incorporates a common inlet with three separate outlets. All material used in the assembly are food compatible.

Six valve operators in a manifold block.
The customer requested a six valve systems to fit into a very confined space. All materials needed to be compatible with R134A refrigerant gas. The block is made from anodised aluminium to keep costs and weight to a minimum. The assembly is fitted in a machine for testing and refilling vehicle air-conditioning units.

Five way manifold for diaphragm valves
Specially designed for car wash systems the assembly incorporates a standard forged type manifold to keep costs to a minimum. High flow diaphragm solenoid valves are coupled to the manifold using unions.

|
|
Four way manifold block with 2/2 and 3/2 valves
The assembly is used in coffee machines and incorporates a brass manifold block, three 2/2 valves and one 3/2 solenoid valve operators with low wattage coils.
